Shipping

  • Due to the fragile nature of most of the items we sell, we need time to safely and securely wrap and pack your order. We usually dispatch orders within 3 business days.
  • All orders are sent via a tracked delivery method with trusted carriers.
  • You will be notified of your order tracking details via email once your order is dispatched and once despatched, the delivery address cannot be altered.
  • We only use quality packing materials to ensure your items reach you safely.
  • If a shipping price is not listed, please contact us and we will advise you further.
  • Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses and we require a postal code for your delivery address.
  • We are unfortunately at this time not able to ship overseas, however in the future we hope to do so.
  • We advise you to monitor the progress of your order delivery through the tracking provided.
  • If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, to the delivery address you have provided, you will be liable for return charges imposed by the delivery agent and/or the cost to redeliver your order to you (Or the recipient).
  • Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any order or part of any order.
  • We will re-deliver, replace or refund the product (at our option) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery.
  • However, if you give us an incorrect or insufficient address, or if there was no delivery due to the premises having no safe access point (e.g. a dog) then we are not held responsible. In this instance we would be happy to work with you for a viable solution for all parties.
  • Delivery will be deemed as to have been made when it is left at the address nominated in your order, or when a ‘Calling Card’ (Delivery Card) has been left at the premises.
  • To return your product under our ‘Returns Policy’, you should send your product to: Queens and Daughters, 84 The Avenue, Lynfield, Auckland 1042, New Zealand.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We suggest you send your returned item by a tracked delivery method. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
